JOB DESCRIPTION:
Provide outstanding customer experience and resolution to patient's billing inquiries and complaints by navigating through multiple screens
Update customer's information such as contact number, address, insurance information, etc.
Assist payment processing
Coordinate with coding staff to review the appropriateness of charges
Outbound calling to update customers regarding open cases
Document customer calls in the client's system
Prepare standard reports to track workload and response time
Other related duties may be assigned from time to time
