JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Provide a clear understanding of the call center agent's role in both outbound call centers and the inbound call center;
• Successfully communicate with customers to gather information and learn about their needs and expectations;
• Collaborate with others to ensure the customers' issues are resolved and;
• Assist and provide solutions for the customers' questions.
REQUIREMENTS:
• High School Graduates are welcome to apply;
• BPO experience is preferred but not required;
• Knows how to comprehend the Basic English language;
• Excellent Communication and Navigation Skills;
• Strong logic and problem-solving skills;
• Customer service oriented;
• Must be willing to work within Cebu City;
• Willing to start immediately;
• Willing to work with shifting schedules, weekends and holidays.
WORK AT HOME REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum upload speed of 10 MBPS
• Minimum download speed of 20 MBPS
• Wired connection from modem/router to PC
• Conductive workspace away from distractions
• Highly stable internet connection with no packet loss
