Description
Create value for customers through customer care and solutions via email, portal/online. This position is primarily responsible for supporting the order processing of Australia and New Zealand Orders.
Responsibilities
Provide professional and efficient customer service as guided by the defined process and procedure, using tools and systems, within the assigned function or scope of work.
Key focus is on entering assigned AU Orders from the ANZ mailbox and being accountable for all orders placed and processed.
Order Entry and follow up on outstanding issues (price entry, customer promise dates, etc. related to order processing)
Sending of Order Acknowledgements to customers within Service Level defined by the POC.
Provide professional and accurate solutions for customer concerns through implementing the following:
Tracking, correction and processing of missing, misread or incomplete purchase orders
Communicate and escalate for help as needed prior to missing defined turn-around-time.
Provide all needed support and build strong working relationship by provide order entry back-up support as needed for ANZ based CSR's
Manage efficient usage of production time and company resources through the following
Accuracy in Interaction Handling & maintaining productivity within acceptable transaction volume levels
Additional Functions
Attend training, workshop, seminar, and focus group discussions
Work within defined Commercial Residential Solutions operational and employee goals by contributing to other projects, if needed.
Requirements
Graduate of any 4-year business or behavioral discipline course
Graduate of any engineering discipline course will also be considered
At least two (2) years experience gained from data entry positions wherein accuracy & speed are critical metrics.
Experience in interactive customer service and related functions
Background in offshore service operations is an advantage
Ability to assume cross-trained function in the event of low utilization
Ability to assume back up functions in the event of skills and capacity constraints
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English. Ability to speak or write in another language is an advantage but not required, unless identified by the customer and support requirements.
Computer application skills such as MS Office Applications, Oracle and other Business Systems and Tools
