BASIC QUALIFICATION
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/ Management or any equivalent.
Effective Communicator
With excellent Oral and Written Skill in English & Tagalog Language
(Preferred but not required) With at least 1-2 Years' Years' Experience in Claims Department and/or Non-Life Insurance Industry (Automotive).
Willing to work in Makati Area as soon as possible.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides outstanding customer service and sales support to the clients.
Acquiring and assisting new bidders must have an excellent communication and persuasive skills.
Manage and resolve customer complaint in the most pleasant and professional way.
Knowledge about our company services and can create new ideas in promoting the company.
Responsible in checking and maintaining accuracy of details in Sales Website.
Responsible in ensuring that all complaints are responded and resolve efficiently and timely. Trained in understanding complaint, analysis and resolution.
Coordinates with Operations Members to research and determine validity of complaints and evaluate selections to resolve assumed and arising grievances.
Create, Improve and Implement Resolution Flow, Procedures and Policies with the assigned Department.
Promotes services to boost Customer Service Satisfaction and maintain good relationship with Business Partners.
Negotiate with Business Partners in facilitating fast and problem-free transactions.
Comply with other tasks selectively assigned by Management.
