At least two (2) years of experience in a customer service industry
Previous work experience as Bilingual CSR preferred
Must be Bilingual (ASEAN countries speakers preferred)
Good keyboarding and communication skills, both verbal and written
Amenable to work onsite and on a night shift schedule

Job Descriptions
Provide outstanding customer service in a client service environment
Analyze and interpret inquiries to determine client's needs
Delivers satisfactory solutions to customers concerns
Provide and research ideas on techniques of improvement to enhance efficiency
Demonstrate broad knowledge of company's product and principles of customer service
Satisfy clients' needs by observing proper procedures, policies, and practices.

Bachelor's (Preferred)

Japanese (Nihongo), Chinese, (Preferred)
English, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Mandarin, Indonesian,etc (Required)
