Job Responsibilities
Manage employee inquiries that come in via calls, chats, emails, or video calls
Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support
Call clients and customers to inform them about the company's new products, services and policies
Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or services
Review customer or client accounts, providing updates and information about billing, shipping, warranties, and other account items
Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service
Help to train new employees and inform them about the company's customer management policies
Minimum Qualifications
At least one (1) year of customer service experience required;
Knowledgeable in HR systems and tools, office tools, and data entry tools;
Fluency in English equivalent to a B2 Belt level;
Process Mastery Training specific to the process(es) supported;
Good computer skills, data entry, and/or encoding skills;
Good problem-solving and analytical skills;
Good verbal and written communication skills;
Good customer service skills;
Empathy to manage both sensitive situations and unsatisfied customers;
Able to guide and monitor customers through a step by step process, following specific scripts, and providing detailed instructions;
If assigned on phone calls and chats, willing to be on those during the entire shift;
If assigned on video calls, willing to be on those for extended periods of time (20 mins. approx.) during the entire shift;
Comply with professional dress code and appropriate working space;
Flexibility to work on night shift or different rotating shifts between 4 AM and 11 PM, including weekends;
Access to a reliable internet connection at home.
