Job Description
Customer Service
Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, sms, email, Instagram or FB chat
Continuously communicate and follow up with prospect clients
Directly coordinate with back office support, sales and other team members to fulfill closed deals and bookings
Coordinate with customer and vendors/partner regarding pick up or delivery schedules.
Coordinate with warehouse personnel and logistics team
Booking transportation thru transportify and Lalamove and maintaining a record
Adhoc
Update and maintain CRM
Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features or assist customers in navigating our booking platform
Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
Inform customers about new features and functionalities if any
Gather customer feedback and share with our team
Communicating with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner.
Suggesting recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results.
Performing other duties when needed.
Minimum Qualifications
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
Pleasing personality
Graduate from reputable school
Solid experience in Customer Service/Relocation and mobility/HR mobility
Must have a stable internet connection and conducive workplace
