Job Descriptions
Build and maintain good relationships with clients by providing prompt and accurate service that will promote loyalty to the company's brands
Ensure delivery of excellent customer service to resolve issues
Ensure that client concerns are addressed and resolved
Interact with clients thru chat, email and phone to resolve issues at the shortest possible time
Guide customers to the products and services that will best suit client's needs
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Must have experience in inbound or outbound customer support or non-voice customer care
Must have undergone accent training
PREFERABLY LIVING IN PASAY OR NEARBY AREAS
Must have good command of the English language
A team player and has a can-do and positive attitude
Experience:
call center: 4 years (Required)
Customer Service Representative: 1 year (Preferred)
Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
