Rush Hour Creative Solutions, an established digital agency and outsourced back-office support company in the Philippines is looking for customer service representatives (email / ticketing, chat, voice based support) with at least 2 years of working experience to be part of its back-office support team assigned to its clients based in the:
US East Coast - a leading distributor (wholesale / retail / ecommerce) of luxury fashion wear and accessories.
London UK - a leading distributor (wholesale / retail / ecommerce) of specialty coffee equipment, eco-friendly diapers and other products.
This consultancy position is a full work from home position and the candidate will be expected to assist our clients in various day-to-day customer support related tasks.
Requirements:
1. College / Bachelor's degree
2. At least 2-3 of working experience in the area of customer service / customer support
3. Must have a stable and reliable internet connection at home, as this is a work from home position
4. Must have access to a computer capable of running MS office applications (ex. Excel), Video Conferencing Software (Ex. Zoom / Google Meet) and Online applications such as Gmail / Suite.
5. Competency is MS office Applications (ex. Excel) and other accounting software / applications
6. Good English communication (written and oral) skills and a solid grasp of the English language. Good English conversational skills is also required.
7. A high-level of attention to detail, well organized and possess good time management skills. Ability to multi-task preferred.
8. A flexible attitude, enthusiasm, be hardworking, confident and able to work well under pressure.
9. Good knowledge of generally accepted best practice customer service principles and procedures
10. Experience working for a company in the wholesale / retail trade industry a plus
11. Experience working for a company that sells online / Ecommerce a plus
12. Must be willing to work US East Coast working hours. For the UK team, it is a mid-shift (1PM to 10PM MNL time).
Responsibilities:
1. Provide customer service support services (email / ticket based, chat and/or voice)
2. Educate customers on inquiries and other product information
3. Handle any issues and/or complaints in a courteous and professional manner
4. Multi-task and access multiple data sources to be able to answer customer support requests
5. Coordinate with customer team members to resolve any customer support request
6. Comply with pre-defined customer support standards set by the company
7. Adhere strictly to any time and attendance rules and regulations
