Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in any field you're passionate about
2. Preferably with at least 2 years of experience in Customer Service in the logistics and delivery industry
3. Must work in a consultative fashion to address roadblock and deliver powerful insights that drive action for the organization
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are your strong suit
5. Must be able to craft clear, compelling and concise messages for customer and partners
6. Must be resilient and a problem solver
