Job Title: Customer Service Officer
Job Purpose: Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.
Responsibilities:
• Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically (email/Chat)
• Perform customer verifications
• Responding promptly with accurate and timely information to customer inquiries regarding products and services of the organization
• Ensure all inquiries are answered in a professional and timely manner and transferred, where appropriate, to the relevant department
• Follow up with customers to ensure high-level satisfaction and determining future requirements
• Handling and resolving customer complaints, obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries.
• Record details of inquiries, comments , complaints and actions taken
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
• Will handle the India Market
• To perform ad hoc duties assign by team leader as when needed
Requirements:
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any course
• 1-2 years experience in Customer Service
• Experience in India Market is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong communication skills especially in English (written and oral)
• Fast learner and self motivated
• Team-oriented and service minded
• Careful and patient, able to work under pressure
• Able to work in shifting, irregular and also weekends and public holidays
• Basic computer and technological knowledge
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Fast typing skills (Average Requirement over 40 wpm, Lowest Requirement over 30 wps, Highest Requirement over 70 wpm)
