Customer Service OfficerUBIX CORPORATION

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Any Field, preferably in Marketing or any related field.
• With at least 2 years in customer support or sales experience
• Experience working in a technical or industrial organization, providing customer service and inside sales support is not required but highly preferred
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Willing to do field work
