TELEMARKETING
Lead Generation from existing customers and past
Make outbound callouts and follow-up with prospects/potential and existing clients
Check history of past PO's/delivery/rental for the status of services/items served
Must be able to exceed repeat orders' sales targets
Cultivate and build strong business sales targets
Analyze client needs and pain points
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales departments to execute our elite business model
Participate in comprehensive, cutting-edge sales and account management training
Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting through closing
Build a database of all contacts
Manage prospects and maintain a detailed sales funnel
QUOTATION AND ORDER PROCESSING
Make quotation from the inquiries and request of clients.
Make outbound callouts for update on quotation sent for new and existing clients.
Make outbound callouts for purchase order follow-ups with existing clients.
Plan and monitor customer service handling that will entail the following: monitoring of the following processes: RFQ to quotation daily performance, sales orders and unserved sales orders, Encoding of all received RFQs for the day (internal and external), Quotation and Sales Order, Coordinate internal and external customer requirements with other department and ensures delivery of requirement & Accountability form monitoring.
ACCOUNT HANDLING
Evaluate and provide recommendations to the scope of customer service in monitoring strategic ways to improve customer satisfaction.
Attain customer service procedure by completing the job task in a timely manner (deliver results on daily basis and achieving a weight value in promoting other products to customers)
INTERNAL SUPPORT-CUSTOMER SERVICE
Provide support for KAM assigned and supervise follow through of request
Coordinate with all departments for all customer and KAM requirements
Work with quality department for internal audit requirements
Undertake filing and documentation management.
Will undertake processing in SAP system and must have understanding of intrlinking processes with Warehouse, Purchasing, Technical, Quality and Accounting
REPORTS AND MONITORING
Submit reports such as may be requested by the management, as follows: Monthly PR to PO Conversion Monitoring, Monthly RFQ Status Update, Monthly SI Forecast, Monthly Sales Loss Monitoring, & Other reports as needed/requested
Creation of sales lead report
OTHER DELIVERABLES
