• Keen interest in helping partners grow their business with the ultimate goal of driving value for DeliRush
• To conduct seminars to the on-boarding Food Partners
• Orient the Food partners on Food Safety Guidelines and Code of Ethics via virtual navigation
•Monitoring and validating requirements submitted by the food partners for completion
• Daily data entry of Food partner's profile in the FP online system and encoding of menu list on the portal
• Provide on-boarding status report to the Manager
• Keep abreast and well conversed with the Terms and Conditions related to food partners
• Perform Ad hoc duties required and assigned
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Graduate of IT, Marketing, Communications or equivalent
• At least 1 year work experience in Customer Service
• Strong accuracy (visual and decision making)
• Dedicated to customer satisfaction and a great customer experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, result driven and with enthusiastic personality
• Good communication skills
• Proficient in using MS office applications and internet navigation
• Willing to be assignes in Almanza Uno, Las Pinas City
