Job Summary
 
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, monitoring shipments, coordinating with operations personnel, and ensuring timely resolution of customer concerns while maintaining a high level of service excellence.
 
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Provide shipment status updates and delivery information to clients.
Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and transport teams regarding shipment concerns.
Process customer requests, complaints, and service issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Prepare reports and documentation related to customer service activities.
Assist in monitoring deliveries and ensuring customer requirements are met.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or any related field.
Previous experience in customer service, logistics, freight forwarding, or transportation is an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Customer-focused with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
