This is a non-voice role that involves communicating with customers via messaging platforms to address their queries, provide information, and deliver exceptional support. Qualifications:
Standard Educ requirement - HS or its equivalent;
At least excellent communications skills
Multi Chat assessment and Writing X email must be completed
Preferably with CCE but not required
