CUSTOMER SERVICE executiveOhmyhome Property Inc.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handles Inbound Calls
Quantify and qualify all potential leads prior to passing on relevant prospects to the Sales Team.
Cross-selling other service offerings to increase share of wallet.
Handle business enquiries (Renewal of Contracts, Quotations & Billings, Accounts Receivables, etc) - Establishes and maintains a high level of customer satisfaction in all transactions.
Conducts Outbound Calls.
Follow up on daily new sales leads in CRM and to successfully close into deals - Identify sales opportunities from existing client base.
Generation of new leads to identify new business through phone calls and email to market the company's product and services.
Reach out to potential customers to present products, marketing promotions and other services.
Administrative Duties
Daily updating of opportunities, pipelines and activities in CRM.
Other administrative duties as assigned from time to time.
Keeps up to date on all products and inform customers of new products and services.
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
With at least 1 - 2 years of experience in telemarketing or GCE 'A' level with at least 6 months' experience in Sales and Lead Generation from Property, Banking and Insurance industries is an advantage.
Customer service oriented, target driven and challenge seeking.
Possess proficient oral communication skills and proficient in English language.
Good communication and listening skills and able to build rapport and trust with customers.
Effective team player, possess interpersonal skills and able to relate well to people at all levels.
Lively, energetic, dynamic individual with friendly disposition.
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure with rotating shifts and/or weekends.
