Job Responsibilities
• Manage the daily operations of the Call Centre Department
• Ensure that incoming calls are managed and handled professionally.
• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Attend and follow up on customers queries, requests and complaints timely to achieve customer satisfaction level
• Logging every call into SAP system accurately and assigning service calls to the engineers
Job Requirements:
• Degree in any discipline with at least 3 year experience in customer service support
• Excellent customer focused mind set and interpersonal skills with high initiative desired
• Ability to work well in a team
• Effective communication skill is essential
