Maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
Meet compliance at all times to regulations.
Ensure all customers' standard operating procedures are followed and updated
Timely responses to emails and requests (internal and external)
Graduate of 4 yrs course·
Experience in Logistics & Supply Chain (Freight Forwarding) industry.
· Experience in air, sea export documentation, permit declaration .
· Familiar with incoterms.
· Good communication and customer service skills.
· Able to work independently with pro-active attitude.
