Answers phone calls and provide feedback and solution
Monitor Delivery and Pull-out of repaired unit, parts and replacement unit
Monitor stocks Pull-out status
System or excel regular update on the Delivery, Pull-out and replacement of units.
Create Pull-out Receipt
Schedule daily itinerary of technicians
Other Admin works
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree of any course
With at least one (1) year related experience in customer relations or equivalent;
Knowledgeable in MS Office
Has a strong interpersonal skills
Must be patient and customer-oriented
Willing to work in Las Piñas City
