Job Customer Service
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Bachelor's Degree Holder of any course
Can speak and write in English fluently
Experience in working a freight forwarding company is an advantage but not required
Must be knowledgeable in MS office
Must be a team player and with a positive attitude
Preferably lives in Metro Manila
Job Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to top clients of the company
Prepare shipping documents
Coordinate with Dimerco branch office worldwide
Send of arrival notice to customers and brokers
Communicate with shipping lines, freight forwarders and brokers
