Position: Customer Service Associate
Number of hours: 40 hrs/week
Job duration: 1 month to yearly
Schedule: PST
Tasks required:
Answer incoming calls from customers with inquiries
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customers complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution
Set up and review customers account
Maintain customer records by updating account information
Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments
Schedule and dispatch Home Technology Specialist and technicians
Other ad hoc tasks that would be assigned
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Customer Service Representative or relevant role is required
Experience in alarm monitoring and dispatching
Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software,) and telephone systems
Experience in using Podium and Calendly is a plus
Ability to call, connect, and interact with customers in a timely manner
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Knows how to craft responses and do meaningful conversations
Self-disciplined and organized; able to consistently produce quality work with limited supervision
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
