Job Description
Job Description: -Answer tickets sent to Zendesk. -Tagging the concern (e.g., messaging, templates, etc.) sent to Zendesk -Coordinate with the supervisor for unfamiliar concerns. -Sending reports by the end of the day on how many tickets were solved and what needs to be followed up. -Call the client if necessary.
Job Qualifications
Qualifications:
-Computer Literate
-Excellent verbal and written English
-With at least 3 years of BPO experience (CSR / TSR / Sales)
-Organized and disciplined - consistency in attendance
