CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE
 
Job Requirements:
Female/Male
Graduate of Accounting / IT or any Business related course.
Can work less supervision, highly motivated and self driven.
Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeless.
Record amounts of materials or items received.
Answering calls and informs clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
Verifies daily deliveries and receipts for accuracy and works with appropriate parties to resolve any discrepancies.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction, inventory balances and price lists.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
Supervise other warehouse clerks, Delivery Receipts, Sales Order.
Computer Literate.
With strong personality, and with high sense of urgency.

No Experience
