Serve as the first point of contact for our customers and clients that reach to us phone, email and chat.
May identify root causes for customer dissatisfaction and recommend solutions to improve overall customer satisfaction
Coordinate with different departments to resolve the concern of our customer and clients.

Qualification:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/Mass Communication
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

With exposure and experience working in Logistics Industry
Preferably 2-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
