JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Customer Service Associate is primarily responsible for the receipt/payments of deposits from clients, withdrawals, encashment and handling of over-the-counter transactions.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Good communication and human relations skills
Proficiency in counting and money sorting
Shows high sense of integrity and good customer service attitude
Organized and systematic
