Job Customer Service Assistant
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
Must have a background in SAP.
Can start ASAP.
Full-Time position(s) available.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Provide assistance to sales department.
2.Organize and schedule customer orders.
3.Ensure customer orders are met on time.
4. Resolve conflicting and complex issues relating to customer services.
5. Ensure dispatching of products is met with customer deadlines.
6. Maintain and manage customer files and databases.
7.Assist customers in locating/ status of orders.
