A Customer Service Assistant is the primary point of contact between a business and its customers. JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
1+ years of experience in customer service or an administrative role.
Outstanding phone and email etiquette.
Able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Exceptional communication skills​.
Answering customer enquiries or passing them on to the appropriate department.
Giving information and helping to solve customer problems.
Selling products and taking orders.
Taking information from customers and entering it on a database.
Making sure that the customer's experience is a positive one.
WORK LOCATION:
Candidates must be willing to be assigned to the Head Office in Magallanes, Makati
