CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT (HEAD OFFICE)
Job Summary
Responsible in processing buyer's request and monitoring their resolution and implementation. Ensure the timel and accurate response to buyer's.
This will include but not limited to the ff:
Obtain account history relevant to approvers.
Coordinate with the client and/or seller regarding the request whenever necessary.
Monitor and follow-up necessary action from the different approving and implementing departments.
Prepare memos/letters in relation to buyers' request (within 24hrs from approval)
Populate Management's decision on buyers' request in SAP and RMS within 24hrs from release of approval.
Ensure that requests are processed and resolved no longer than 30 days from receipt.
Educational Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
Experience Requirements
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the Real Estate or related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Good Communication skills, MS Office proficient, Knowledge of Administrative and Clerical procedures, Interpersonal skills, Can work under pressure.
Preferably Less than 1 year experience specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
Work Location
Candidate must be willing to be assigned in SMDC Head Office Pasay
