Job Description
Provide great customer service by answering email, phone, and live chat inquiries
Organize filing system of e-documents.
Updating monitoring or team dashboard
Tracking parcels via 3rd party courier sites
Assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
Coordinate orders, follow up, and inquiries with Operations Dept.
Type correspondence, compile data for expense, and statistical reports.
Be a team player in a growing customer support team
Minimum Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree any courses related to Business Administration or equivalent.
1 year of working experience required
Previous work in BPO is a plus
Strong analytical and planning skills
Good communication and presentation skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Someone who knows how to research and work with a team
Possess great customer service
Goal-oriented
Great written and spoken English. This position will be done fully in English.
We Also Require
Has 1+ Years of Experience in the Customer Service, Admin, Finance.
Excellent Command of the English Language
Good in coordination and organization skills
Tech and Internet Savvy (Google Docs, Office, and a bunch of other tools we use)
Part-Time position is available.
