Responsibilities
You will be performing the following duties:
Acting as a source of information for current and prospective customers by answering inbound product queries
Processing customer orders, opening accounts and recording sale information
Resolving customer complaints by clarifying issues of concern, choosing the best course of action and explaining it
Preparing product reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
Such other services as may be required from time to time
