Job Description
Manage employee inquiries that come in via calls, chats, or emails;
Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns;
De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support;
Call clients and customers to inform them about the company's new products, services, and policies;
Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site, or using the products or services;
Review customer or client accounts, providing updates and information about billing, shipping, warranties, and other account items;
Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service;
Help to train new employees and inform them about the company's customer management policies.
Minimum Qualifications
At least one (1) year of customer service experience required;
Knowledgeable in HR systems and tools, office tools, and data entry tools;
Fluency in English equivalent to a B2 Belt level;
Process Mastery Training specific to the process(es) supported;
Good computer skills, data entry, and/or encoding skills;
Good problem-solving and analytical skills;
Good verbal and written communication skills;
Good customer service skills;
Empathy to manage both sensitive situations and unsatisfied customers;
Able to guide and monitor customers through a step by step process, following specific scripts, and providing detailed instructions;
Willing to be on phone calls and chats during the entire shift;
Flexibility to work on night shift or different rotating shifts between 4 AM and 11 PM, including weekends;
Access to a reliable internet connection at home.
Additional info: Entitled to HMO benefit with one (1) dependent, attendance bonus, internet allowance, and provision of work equipment by the company.
