Customer Care Representative
o Provides first line voice and chat customer service for associated telco brands by following standard scripts and procedures. o Answers incoming chats/calls and converse with customers in a courteous, friendly and professional manner. o Accountable for timely and accurate response to clients concerns.
o Ensures quality and accuracy in all transactions o Ensures that all communication with customer is within the guidelines set by the account during training o Demonstrates a strong salesmanship and takes responsibility to ensure customer needs and expectations are satisfied.
o Properly escalates issues that are irresolvable and not available on the knowledge base. o Reaches and maintains the level of sales skills as required for the post. o Ensures that client service levels are achieved as communicated by the Account Manager.
o Research options and packages for customers according to their needs.
