This is a full-time remote position in Romania, Philippines and LATAM for Spanish speakers.
We are looking for a talented professional with a passion for customer service to work with our global fashion retail clients and their online customer support. This will be a remote position, so you get to work from home yet still be a part of the amazingly proficient and global BrandBastion team!
We are a company specialized in brand protection and optimization on social media. As social media lives 24/7 we have team members in several different countries, and schedules are organized so that we offer our services 24/7. We are a growth company offering a lot of opportunities and valuable learning experience for someone who is highly interested in social media, marketing, and customer experience.
Your responsibilities:
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
Monitor and moderate public social media engagement
Engage the online community to increase positive interactions
Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Meet personal/customer service team targets
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
Make recommendations to the Project Lead by monitoring client accounts
Requirements
If you're interested in this role, you'll need these skills or experiences:
Bachelor's degree
Excellent Spanish and English skills (both written and spoken)
Great attention to detail and high work morale
Analytical thinking and multitasking skills
Flexible schedule: we provide 24/7 support for the customer
Great problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently in a team environment (this is a remote position)
Previous customer service and/or community management experience is considered an advantage
