Responsibilities
Communicate with customers via phone,
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
Data entry in various platforms
Responding to customer inquiries
Resolving customer issues
Providing product/service information
Handling customer transactions
Maintaining customer records
Escalating complex issues
Demonstrating empathy and patience
Identifying opportunities for improvement
Providing feedback and suggestions
Maintaining knowledge base
Qualifications
At least 1 - 3 years' BPO experience
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Amenable to work onsite
