Handle customer inquiries via chat/e-mail/phone
Work in coordination with other teams based in different locations that share similar objectives
Assess individual issues and taking appropriate action, including escalations, to ensure customer needs are met
Understand Standard Operating Procedures and deliver service/quality standards to agreed level
Explore the expectations and needs of the customers in a structured way
Treat the customers in a professional and friendly manner
Show personal commitment in delighting all customers
QUALIFICATIONS:
BS graduate are preferred
Big flexibility and willingness to work in shifts
German and English language skills to a business standard, any other language is a plus
Excellent written and verbal skills as well as high interpersonal skill level
Good communication and organizational multi-tasking skills together with a team player mentality in a diverse cultural and ongoing changing environment
General computer knowledge (MS Office, Internet)
Enthusiasm and strong self-motivation
