Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Service Support - Email Support. This role will be remotely supporting our GCC operation and will have the following responsibilities:
Research prospective accounts in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through to a successful agreement
Understand the target markets, including industry, company, project, company contacts and which market strategies can be used to attract clients
Collaborate with marketing manager and consultants to ensure that requirements are met
Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new prospects within the area you have been assigned
Possess a strong understanding of recruitment services, our competition in the industry and positioning
Follow the latest industry developments and stay up-to-date on corporate competitors
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:
Fresh graduate of any field or with at least 1 to 2 years of experience
gGod understanding of the Gulf region
Excellent organizational skills, with emphasis on priorities and goal setting, with strong ability to seek new clients
Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
willing to do a sales or business development role
Strong research skills
Ability to communicate information, whether technical or non-technical to clients, in a clear and concise manner
Fluent in English
Must be willing to work for long hours, when required
willing to work in a demanding/ highly pressurized work environment
