Job Description:
1. Troubleshoot Customer voice and data problems to resolution on a variety of devices and handsets including complex wireless data issues
2. Offer alternative solutions to the Customer as part of trouble shooting with the objective of retaining Customers' business.
3. Ability to communicate with Customer via email, web-based Chat tools, and via Voice Calls
4. Troubleshoot Customer data issues referred by other CSRs throughout the Business Customer Services organization including education of other CSRs.
5. Support Customer requests for equipment warranty exchanges
6. Track and report technical problems and trends.
7. Troubleshoot and escalate undocumented wireless data issues for research and resolution to specialty teams.
