Job Description
The Customer Service & Course Admin Lead will be the point of call for all administrative matters relating to student communication and course operations. Ranging from inbox management, communicating with students on the Intercom platform and organising venues for courses, the Customer Service & Admin Lead is at the centre of ensuring the student & staff experience is at the highest level.
Daily activities:
- Managing the Intercom Inbox to deal with immediate student concerns
- Managing the Administrative Inbox to deal with more serious student concerns
- Booking venues for course operations
- Create Google Calendar events for class invitations to our staff
- Check Rostering of classes to notice any gaps
- Following up on disengaged students through emails & SMS
- Organising Zoom Links for online course operations
- Sending mass student communications
- Onboarding new staff with their contracts
- Onboarding new staff onto Slack
- Calling students who have delinquency
- Setting up new payment plans for student
Qualifications
Experience pertaining to managing inboxes, customer service & communicating with customers is mandatory.
Software:
1. Chatbot - ideally intercom
2. Phone management
3. G-suite (excel, word, google calendar, gmail)
4. Slack
5. Zoom
6. CRM (ideally active campaign)
Would be Nice Features:
- Ability to optimise processes for maximum efficiency
- Attention to detail to a meticulous degree
- Strong control of the english language
- Ability to speak over the phone

Work Location:
Office-based (Eastwood/Alabang/Pampanga Office)
Work Schedule:
Dayshift (Philippine Time / Australian business hours)
