Handling and replying to customer inquiries through email, phone, and a-live clients.
Maintaining customer relations.
Providing feedback to Supervisor on customer's needs/feedback.
Preparing and generating reports and relating customer queries.
Researching into customer's queries/con
And all other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the Supervisor/Head of the Department concern into the systems.
Job Qualifications
Qualification:
• Open to high school graduate
• Proficient in English and Korean Language (spoken and written)
• Must be knowledgeable in the use of electronic mail (email), live chat, and other online communication tools
• Must be a Korean national present in the Philippines
• Willing to relocate to Makati area
• Can work on a flexible schedule
• Can start as soon as possible
