Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
No work experience required.
Preferably Less than 1 year experience specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
Position Description
Perform in a variety of clerical and administrative duties in support to organization.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Receive and encode all incoming documents (complaint letters, request for cancellation, refund and charge back)
Scan all the letters and its attachment for future references.
If the status of the request is released, make a note in Records of Payment; if not (Logged/Incomplete/Pending MUD/Good-For-Printing), give copy to Group Head for pull out of application.
Email the Branch Head for endorsement/approval of member's request.
Forward all route sheet per batch to their respective departments for clearances (MAMS, IT, ASD, Availment, Commission, Accounting/Finance).
Monitor and update route sheet status
Monitor the aging of the request for cancellation
Perform other tasks as may be assigned by the Supervisor
Sending Policy Kit through LBC
Monitors Status and Calls Members/ BM if return to sender
Transmittal for Mailing
Evaluate High risks complain
Email and Mailing acknowledgement letter and closure letter to the member / BM / Branch
Making PTV letters / Email and Mailing PTV letters
Manage meetings / Set-up of projectors / Find a room for meetings
