CHECK CLOSURE ON EMERGENCY RESPONSES Oversee the appropriateness of responses to emergency & customer concerns . FOLLOW THRU ON CLOSURE OF THEFT CASES Follow thru on all theft cases for final disposition & action . RESOLVE FIRST-LEVEL COMPLAINTS Resolve first-level complaints regarding overall security staff & services in the branch . REVIEW PROFILES & UPDATE PREVENTIVE MEASURES Review incident / suspect profile, merchandise loss / damage post-activity reports, & update preventive security measures in the branch Qualifications: . Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field. . At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. . Preferably Supervisor / 5 years & up experienced employees specializing in Security/Armed Forces/Protective Services or equivalent. . Flexible to be assigned to work schedules supporting the retail operational hours . Willing to be assigned in The SM Store Cagayan De Oro Uptown . Full-time positions available
