RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provides administrative assistance to Customer Relations activities:
• Maintenance of media and customer's database for token distribution
• Prepares regular Communication Programs to clients such as Thank you Letters, Birthday Cards and Tokens, Mother's Day and Father's Day Card, Chinese New Year Tokens, Christmas, Lifestyle Events, Media Events, Relationship Events (TMS and Lexus Cup) and Car Launches.
• Implementation of PRB Events and other customer-related activities.
• Generate and submit reports such as Quarterly PRB events and DIS Progress Report
• Monitors and requests for replenishment of bar supplies, client restroom and office supplies.
• Create, update and maintain customer records
• Recommends potential products or services to Management by collecting customer information and analyze customer needs
• Assists in the implementation of marketing activities such as mall displays, golf tournaments, product launches, and product tie-ups.
• Performs duties that may be assigned from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Economics, Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent
• At least 1-3 years of work experience in automotive industry specifically Customer Relations
• Has excellent interpersonal skills
• Customer service attitude
• Excellent command of verbal and written English; including creating business reports and conducting business presentations
• Candidate must be willing to work in BGC Taguig City
