Job Description:
· Proven success in the customer program management lead role within the logistics industry.
· Capable of engaging senior management customer contacts
· Solid experience working in a matrix management environment
· Good analytical skills and process orientation
· Intermediate knowledge on MS Applications (Mainly Excel and PowerPoint)
· Adept in the use of CRM systems
· Excellent in planning and organization skills
· Ability to work effectively, independently and in a team environment (direct and virtual) Fluent in English verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in other international languages is an advantage
