Job Reponsibilities
Conducts Welcome Call to new clients and get their Policy Acknowledgment Receipt (PAR).
Does other outbound calls that may be assigned: Premium Reminder to Clients.
Coordinates with IT and send messages for announcement or reminder blasting.
Assists the other PCSD staff for Variable Life Insurance transactions processing.
Prepares the Weekly/Monthly WC Reports and Updates: Banca & WFMA
Properly maintains policy documents for imaging and filing.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
Must have at least 6 months experience in call center or customer service.
Proficiency in Oral Communication
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications especially Excel
Background and knowledge in Insurance or in a related field is an advantage
Must be hardworking, honest and responsible.
Can work with minimum supervision.
Willing to work onsite in Makati City.
Preferably can start asap.
