YOUR ROLE
Responsible for ensuring that the customer master data is meeting the quality standard set by Global/Regional Process owners
Responsible for processing requests received from the business partners for Customer Master Data creation or updates in SAP
Responsible for handling pricing master data requests from the database and updates in SAP directly or by mass upload
Responsible for timely and accurate submission of various SAP downloads for price and customer master information
Responsible for updating files needed for monitoring such as master data tracker, utilization/productivity tool, attendance tracker, and regular documentation update
Responsible for process improvement, awareness, adherence and compliance to business requirements related to ISO, Quality, and Continuous Improvement
YOUR SKILLS
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in any field
Preferably with at least one (1) year related work experience in Master Data Management and/or Customer Service; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Knowledge in MS Office Suites (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) required
Skills in VBA and Macro is highly preferred; SAP is an advantage
With excellent command of both spoken and written English; Must be a fast learner
Amenable to work on a full night shift (9:00PM - 6:00AM) schedule
