Role and Responsibilities
The Senior Customer Experience Specialists' main responsibility is to provide transformative experience to current and potential customers of Vice Cosmetics. They are responsible in ensuring that the organization is able to deliver a Phenomenal on brand customer experience via Phone, Email, Chat, SMS and other platforms as needed.
1. Answers incoming customer emails / chat regarding product promos, issues, service questions and other general client concerns.
2. Develop a solid and trusting relationship between customers and the company
3. Resolves product or delivery concerns by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the issue; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the issue; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
4. Utilizes proactive and intuitive techniques to increase quality of customer experience by anticipating, listening and understanding clients' needs.
5. Work closely with Marketing and Sales to ensure that top line strategy is being executed.
6. Support Sales Department in driving sales through exceptional customer experience service.
7. Monitor and report weekly feedback trends identify the wins and opportunity, and to discuss it with appropriate departments.
8. Positive, friendly attitude with excellent client service and communication skills
9. Ensure timely response to all inquiries, chats, messages for all relevant platforms assigned such as Lazada, Shopee, BeautyMNL, Vice Email Accounts, Vice Website and Socials.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (required)
2 years of customer service experience
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Must have Excellent Listening skill and Empathy
Must be a team player and a people person
Must be able to Multitask, be Flexible and Open to ideas
Must be Highly intelligent and intuitive
Must have good values and high Integrity
Must be patient and dependable
Significant experience using MS Office products and other relevant system
