The Role
As an SAT Specialist, you will manage business and performance data for the Sales Associates Program and interprets, analyzes, and presents findings in comprehensive reports. You will provide insights and recommendations to aid in developing strategies for the business based on data analysis. You are responsible to manage the business as usual (BAU) processes on back-end activities such as KRA points and cash incentive crediting, and data-related activities.
How you'll contribute
Provide useful and valuable insights through analysis and interpretation of data for purposes of identifying, developing, and implementing strategies and initiatives for effective channel management.
Prepares and drafts internal reports, memoranda, and other correspondences for submission to Top Management and other concerned units using the provided data (internal or external).
Formulate guidelines and policies for performance management initiatives and secure documentation of such agreed guidelines by completing policy and process manuals, and SLAs
Coordinate with an insurance partner to ensure accuracy of production and income reports and ensure adherence to established processes related to KRA points and cash incentive crediting
Acts as the Lead Business Continuity Coordinator to ensure strict compliance with bank policies and internal control procedures while maintaining the highest level of service quality.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree holder for any Business Administration, Banking, Finance, Economics or any related fields
Preferrably from Bancassurance and Insurance Industry
Should have a knowledge of the Bancassurance business and the regulations affecting the industry
Must be strategic and planning skills, mathematical and analytical capabilities, organizational skills, project management
Should be able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and external parties; multi-tasking; detail-oriented
Knowledge and analytics in MIS are a must
