Job Summary:
Order taking
Ensure that customer orders are served accurately in accordance to customer agreement and in compliance with order-taking procedures.
After-sales support
Handle customers' complaints/concerns/requests and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
Sales Generation
Provide basic offer in response to request for quotations received via email and telephone
Requirements:
Hold Bachelor Degree in Commercial field
At least 1-3 years experience in the same field
Good verbal and written communication skills
Good Customer relations skills
Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers and internal support team at all times
Willing to be placed in Pasig city
