Job Description:
Facilitate communication by connecting and directing inquiries and concerns/ complaints from all kinds of media such as personal, phone, email, social media from external clients to the appropriate person or department; Facilitate effective handling of customer complaints, enhance better customer relations, ensures more satisfied and happy customers in order to maintain profitable business operations; and ensure that all projects maintenances are monitored properly and given prompt attention whenever there is a need for maintaining the cleanliness of the sites.
1. Customer Service/ Relation
Provides operator assistance to incoming callers, directs and transfers calls (note: if landline transfer is available).
Ensures all complaints and concerns from clients are documented and addressed by the concerned department.
Communicates customer information, office promotions & announcements to all homeowners and buyers.
Receives and entertain complaints regarding housing constructions, site and project maintenance, homeowners' concerns, payments and documentations from clients to the concerned department.
Renders assistance to customer as to procedural inquiries, verifications and other related needs.
Display positive and proactive attitude towards and in responding with co-employees', agents', tenants', suppliers', and clients' inquiries.
2. Clerical and Documentation
Monitors and records incoming and outgoing communications relating to clients and customers concerns.
Maintains and updates telephone directories of homeowners and clients;
Maintains records of customer complaints attended, solved and in progress.
Entertains and records customer feedbacks/comments.
Prepares and submits reports of customer complaint received, feedbacks/comments to Property Management Manager, General Manager, and copy furnish concerned department/s.
3. Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
